Job Description
To co-ordinate the works on site in an efficient and disciplined manner as well as liaise with the Contracts Department on contractual and technical matters.
a) Carrying out site investigation / inspection upon receiving instructions from the Engineers;
b) Arranging for equipment, materials and workers for commencement of a particular project;
c) Preparation of project claims;
d) Representing the company for site meetings, joint inspections or joint measurements and other meeting related to the project in the absence of the Company’s engineers;
e) Marketing of specialist range of products distributed by the Company like waterproofing, coating, flooring, repair and restoration materials etc.
f) Maintaining good business relationship with clients; and
g) To provide projects information to the Management as and when required.
