Job Description
Job responsibilities:
- Responsible in end-to-end Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) installation process including arranging site visits with customers or third-party vendors.
- Performing tests to ensure good internet coverage at customer place and troubleshooting problems if needed.
- Perform upsell to the customer on current promotions and offerings
Job requirements:
- Minimum qualification: SPM
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Additional advantage if possess CA1C/CA2C or CFOT certificate
- Process Own Transport (motorcycles or cars)
- Willing to relocate if needed.
- 1-year contract
